**Parts**
I do not charge for small parts like resistors or capacitors or soldering supplies such as wires, flux, repair pads etc.
Pars are:
Transistors, controllers, connectors, memory chips and thermal pads.
Thermals pare are $10 one side (most graphics cards)and $20 two sides (mostly 3090s).
Most of the time parts cost around $5 + pads if needed.

Shipping

There is no need to ship anything right away unless you want EXPRESS.

When the time comes to ship the device, i will provide you with full address.

You handle shipping labels your self either at your local store or online.
You can ship how ever you want, UPS USPS, FEDEX, DLH or anything else but return options are limited.
There is no DHL anywhere near and FEDEX is far away so if you plan on using FEDEX or DHL for return, a pickup will need to be requested.

**Package insurance is your responsibility**
Your package is dropped at my porch. Sometimes no one is home to receive it.
Request signature or insure your package if needed.
Porch is video monitored 24/7 and the community is not infested with porch pirates.

Agreement

**Agreement**
To accurately diagnose and service/repair your device, it may be necessary to remove certain components.
In some repair cases, these components may not be put back. During this process, stickers, warranty labels, or other seals may be damaged or removed, potentially voiding any existing warranties.
Electronic devices can fail for various reasons, some of which are beyond my control. Therefore I am not responsible for any property damage, personal injury, or other harm that may result from the failure of a device after it has been repaired/serviced.
Please be aware that service/repair attempts may exacerbate existing issues or create new ones. By shipping your device for service/repair, you accept this risk and release me from any liability for potential adverse outcomes.
By proceeding with the service/repair, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

**Warranty**
30 days after the device was marked as delivered by the courier.
You pay for shipping all the time.
You must ship the device back as before and if i can't fix it, you will receive full refund minus repair attempt fee.
If you refuse to ship the device for warranty repair, no refund will be issued.
No repair=No warranty. This applies to servicing the device by cleaning and applying new thermal interface where repairs are not performed.
Tempering with the device will void the warranty. Do not open it. Do not flash BIOS.
If i receive device for warranty and find nothing wrong it, $50 diagnostic fee will apply, so be sure you've done everything to verify the device is faulty before sending it back for warranty.
If problem is not directly linked to the original repair, repair cost will be at a full price.
For laptops: You are not allowed to install/use any performance altering software even those that are from the laptop manufacturer such as Asus Armorycrate during the warranty period.
You are not allowed to alter the bios settings or perform any bios updates. If in the case of a warranty repair such is identified, a full repair cost will be applied once again.
In other words, DONT MESS WITH IT FOR 30 DAYS.

**For GPU**
Before you ship the device, try these:
Try a different HDMI cable/Power adapter/Stop using risers/Try another PC before concluding you have a faulty GPU.
Disable Nvidia Audio drivers is possible.
Use DDU Utility to remove GPU Drivers and install fresh.


**What may not be fixed**

Graphic cards:
None essential components such as accessories that do not effect the device operation.
Heatsink, covers, fans, connectors and LED lights.

Motherboards and laptops:
None essential components including but not limited to:
Supplemental outputs such as USB/HDMI/DP ports for external devices.
Any hardware that gets attached to the main board that may or may not be essential to the device operation such as:
Memory,Secondary Storage drives, WiFi/BL adapter, Cooling system.

**Other devices**
Depends on the device intended base functionality without accessory functions or attached/embeded devices.

These exclusion do not apply to problem areas that are requested to be repaired from the begining of the repair request.
For example: If original complaint is USB port, than that USB port does not fall into this category and will be fixed if possible.
